The Madison Nordic Ski Club is for every cross country skier — beginner or expert, young or old — who wants to enjoy skiing even more. Each winter the club organizes monthly meetings, day and weekend tours, lessons, an evening race series, social events, and special activities for youth. See the calendar for scheduled events.
Meetings are usually held the second Monday of the month during the winter ski season at the Lussier Family Heritage Center but location and date can differ. Check our calendar for the most up-to-date information.
Meeting themes include:
- Nordic Ski Vendor Fair
- Chili Feed to raise money for MadNorSki Youth Programs
The first official MadNorSki meeting was held in 1981. Over the years, the club has worked to support Nordic Skiing in the Madison area.
The Klister Club is an award of great distinction and to acknowledge those that have continuously given or dedicate a great deal of effort to our sport of Nordic Skiing.
MadNorSki has an archive of print newsletters as well as a record of recent e-newsletters.
