Garett Fest 2009 on Aug 08, 2009
Come out to Garettfest 2009 and help out a fellow Madnorski (Garett Kipp) cure cancer!
Garett is a 36 year old husband to Vicki and father to two very young boys Griffin and Westin. Garett is a never-smoker and an endurance athlete with a healthy lifestyle, but unfortunately he has been stricken with stage IV lung cancer. Garett will beat this thing but he needs our help to beat it. How can we help Garett and his family beat it? First thing is Garett is off work while he receives chemo. We want to make sure he does not have to worry about financial things for a while. We are having Garettfest09 on August 8, 2009 to raise money for the fight. Garettfest09 is going to be a day of live music, one of the best meals you will ever eat, beer and assorted beverages, games for the kids, a dunk tank, drawings, prizes, and a whole lot of fun.
