Blue Mound Trail Work Day on Oct 18, 2009
Madnorskis,
We have some fun work to do at Blue Mound this coming Sunday October 18th. We'll meet at the park maintenance area at 12:00 noon. Probably work for a few hours, come for any time you can. If you come later just ask the entrance station person where Karl and the work crew are and you can find us. We'll be cutting some new snowshoe trails so that they don't have to "shoe" on the ski trails to connect with the next snowshoe section. Making new trail is always fun. We also have some prairie work to do if there is time, looks like a great day to be outdoors. Bring work clothes and gloves, hand saws and pruners, but we have plenty of tools.
