Registration for the Summer Session of Trail Kids is now Open!

Program is aimed towards general physical development and love for outdoor endurance sports. Significant time is devoted to developing speed, agility, balance and strength through games and fun outdoor activities like trail running, mountain biking, roller blading etc. We use tools like hurdles, obstacle courses, box jumps, and games to enhance learning and challenge each athlete. Endurance training is a big part of each session, and the emphasis changes depending on the time of year.
