Youth Committee Operation Procedures
The Youth Committee works to develop plans, strategies, and policies for submission to the MadNorSki board for the development and operations of youth programs and to assist MadNorSki in the operation of the youth programs consistent with MadNorSki bylaws and Safe Sport policies. Youth Committee often meets virtually on the 3rd Monday of the month during the fall and winter months.
Current Members of the Youth Committee: Mike Collins (Chairperson and Juniors parent), Brenda Baker (volunteer coach for Juniors), Jonathan Hunter (Juniors parent), Zach LaFond Hudson (Juniors COMP coach), Leslie Dressler (Juniors parent), Erin McGrath (Juniors parent), Elizabeth Schulz (Junior Parent), Tamara Bryant (Executive Director*).
*Paid staff, not eligible to vote on committee issues
