Interested in Nordic Walking? We meet every Thursday morning at Elver Park behind the main shelter. Bring your classic poles (or poles a bit shorter) and come join us. Typical workout lasts about an hour. We do a dynamic warm up, lots of Nordic walking up and down the trails, a period of intervals or dryland technique instruction, and end with stretching.
