My first time skiing here; what a gem!. Trails are in as good of condition as can be expected with the amount of snow. I say fair because there are stems poking through the trails in the marshy area and not enough snow for consistently level trail in the woods. Tracks were soft and shallow. …
Grooming the skate lane at 2pm. Few more thin spots today, but still quite nice.
Solid snow coverage and freshly groomed this morning. The deck was was very soft. There were some hiking footprints but they were off to the side so it didn't disrupt the skiing. Beautiful day!
At 11 am the skate deck at the Pleasant View trails were covered and in good overall condition. A bit soft. Maybe 5% is thin and/or exposed frozen slush.
Oh happy days! Beautiful out there. Deck is clean, white, and well groomed. Just a tad on the soft side. So nice to be able to get out so early this season. Praise to Ullr. Get out there and enjoy!
