Grromed for skating around 7:45 am. Good to excellent conditions on 99% of the snowmaking loop but use rock skis to be safe. Loop is the same length as yesterday about 600 meters.
Although there has been some thinning in spots, conditions were significantly better today than yesterday once the snow softened a bit. The only full loop that is feasible without taking your skis off is the green loop, and the worst part of that is right at the trailhead. I would still recommend taking the cutoff …

Overall, good. There were two short stretches of 2-3 ft with dirt across the tracks that were easily avoided. There was very little glazing in the tracks. The tracks were plenty deep.
