Madnorski is hiring two coaching positions for the 2026-2027 season: Middle School Coach and Trail Kids Coach.
Middle School Coach, 2026-2027 season
About the program: The Madnorski Juniors middle school program, previously called the DEVO training program, is a chance for both new skiers and graduated Trail Kids ages 10-14 to focus on having fun and enjoying winter with teammates. Athletes practice both skate and classic technique, build aerobic capacity, and incorporate elements of agility, balance, and strength training. Athletes are encouraged to compete in local meets, with options to participate in Wisconsin Nordic Ski League races. The season runs from the end of November through mid February.

Trail Kids Lead Organizer, 2026-2027 season
About the program: The Madnorski Trail Kids program introduces kids ages 5-11 to the movement and fun of Nordic skiing. Sessions are 1 hour per week and focus on fundamental ski skills, games, and small pod group skis. The goal of this program is to get kids outside and having fun in the winter while learning the basic movements of Nordic skiing. The program lasts for 8 weeks, starting at the beginning of January. Sessions are typically held at Elver Park when snow conditions allow, and at CXC when natural snow conditions are poor.
