The snowmaking trail was groomed for both skate and classic skiing around 7 AM.
Hats off to the grooming crew for recovering the man made loop from the melt down resulting in a very solid base with just enough tilled and groomed top to get a nice edge.

Unfortunately, we have decided to close the trail from today through tomorrow and potentially Sunday due to warm weather. This closure is necessary to preserve the snow.

Soft, thin, and fast, but 99% coverage. Hickory husks thick in spots, but snow is soft enough to left you steam through them without harm. fair bit of hiker footprints.
