Lester Park in Duluth has very good snow – sufficiently tilled loose snow on a base firmed up by a thaw or two. Saturday a.m. freezing mist yielded to a fun candlelight ski night with lots of families. Whether or not there are other fun events up there, skiing should be good for the foreseeable future.
