I'd say good to fair conditions. Good coverage with no bare spots, but walkers have been out already tearing it up and there's some uneven areas which will improve with more snow and grooming. There's no tracks, but there was a skate skier out who seemed to be enjoying the trails as well as me and a couple others classic skiing. Conditions should be really good after groomers get out after the new snow. Trees beautiful with snow. First season ski and I really enjoyed it.
