What a joy! Blue sky, full sun and excellent skiing. The skate deck at 1:30 was firm corduroy, a dusting of loose snow, just enough to make edging easy. (The classic tracks looked good, as well.) Amazing grooming! A day like today demonstrates the mission of the CXC can be realized. Snowmaking and great grooming — even without much natural snow — makes for excellent skiing.
