Went out for my usual 3pm mini-skiathlon. Some snow was added to the north end of the field, and was reasonably safe to double pole through today. However, warmer temps and sun did not do us any favors. Skate deck still pretty good but classic tracks not doing so hot. Groomers are doing a great job all things considered and as a fresh transplant from Minnesota I’m happy to have been able to ski for a solid 2 months so far. Looking at long term forecast things will probably be winding down soon. Get out while you can!
