Off-season Training
Madnorski Rollerski Programs are geared for both beginner and experienced skiers and focus on developing skills, fitness training, strength, and exploring Madison area trails. Skiers will be in small pod groups with one to two coaches. If you don’t own a pair of rollerskis, it is not a problem. The club has rollerskis available to rent. If you have your own skate or combi boots this is very helpful and we encourage all skiers to purchase boots with NNN bindings. (The team rollerskis primarily use NNN bindings.) Participants must be a Madnorski member either through a student membership or a family membership. Our membership year is from July 1 through June 30.
Juniors Spring 2026 Rollerski Program (Ages 10-18)
A 6-week progressive program focusing balance, agility, fitness and technique. Skiers will use skate rollerskis. This program is for beginner or experienced rollerskiers. Skiers can rent rollerskis from the club which will be available on the first lesson for those who paid during registration. Note that the Madnorski equipment uses NNN bindings primarily.

June 24-Hour Camp at Governor Dodge to kick-off the summer!
Do you like camping and being outdoors in the summer? This is for all junior skiers interested in doing some Nordic dryland training with the team/coaches and having fun.
Summer Kick Off Camp!
- 24+ Hour Camp at Governor Dodge State Park Sun June 21-Mon June 22, 2026
- Beautiful trail running, canoe paddling, hiking, rollerskiing, and swimming
- Must bring your own tent and snacks
- Group dinner will be provided
- Cost: $35 with Early Bird discount (Price increases to $60 after April 30)

Summer Training Schedule
- Practice Times
- Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm: Skate Rollerskiing at Gunflint Trail Park, 5420 Gunflint Trail in July
- No fee to attend Summer rollerski practices, but registration is required if you are a new skier.
- Rollerski rentals: $30 maintenance fee/skier
- Must be a current Madnorski club member
