Several bare spots, lots of traffic on tracks
Deck is in very good shape. Just some dirty spots that are easy to see and avoid. Tracks look good except for the north end of Upper Field. Was softening up and getting a bit sugary in spots as I was finishing at about noon. Early- to mid-morning ski sessions are the word for the …
The trails on the north and east side of the mound are thinning, but are still holding snow well. Other trails are getting very sketchy. There is a growing area of ice and slush on John Minix at the bottom of the hill after the sharp left, so take care. Technically not groomed since Jan. …

Groomed skating with the Gator. Classic tracks looked really good.
Great coverage, not icy, and on-going grooming into the afternoon. I'm so glad I made the drive up from Madison! Looking at the forecast does not inspire great hope, but you can roundtrip this in a day and get a little more excellent skiing in!
Most of the trail is good to excellent. The north end of the loop as always is thinner and need to be more careful picking a path through. Still, probably the last good chance to ski before next week's warmer temperatures, so enjoying it while we can.
