There is skiing at the mound, believe it or not. Best where walkers have packed it some, pool connector, Willow Springs. I skied out and back and avoided any downhill stuff. Should be good Thurs. morning anyway. NOTE: Due to stress and drought the park has had a terrible loss of oak trees. Park staff are cutting these dead trees in the campground and might be at it for a while yet. SO! the campground will not be skiable in the normal sense and maybe not at all as the roads will have to plowed to get the work crews in. WVH
