Conditions mostly good, some thin spots that warrant fair. Bring B skis, but rock skis not required. Trail report from 2/16 still accurate – can skate or classic (no tracks) anything on the north side without any notable thin spots, but need to walk flint rock trail down to campground. Campground has mostly good coverage and you can get from one end to the other without bare spots, but some of the sections like the climb on the west side are bare. Very enjoyable ski, and one of the few times you can skate the classic tracks. If you classic, the snow is acting older/transformed due to the rain/wet snow/freeze, so I'd wax warmer than snow and air temps, and a klister mix like Star M21 or Oslo series will likely be best.
