It is not a good classic day. Yuriy can’t set new tracks on this. Old tracks are well defined, but quite icy. Grip is a real challenge today. I had skins, and they were not very effective. Downhills were hard to control as there is too much icy chunked chop between tracks and skate deck. Skate deck looks solid and worn in well. Good edging offered there. Other than a few funky or bare spots, skating is the way to go today and probably for the foreseeable future.
